SUD 1000 Vertical Blind Cut, Punch & Crease Machine

Introducing the AMSUD-1000 automatic cut, punch and crease machine. This machine is used for producing vertical blind vanes (slats). The SUD range of automatic Vertical Louvre Cut, Punch And Crease Machines are the most accurate and reliable machine available.

The first vane cut will be exact to length, regardless of fabric type and length of cut.

 

It eliminates first vane wastage and manual measuring process (no correction factor needs to be made)

 

This machine will produce vanes up to a length of 4 metres, create top and bottom pockets also punch the hanger hole cleanly. Each vane is then automatically and neatly sacked.

 

Whilst the machine is working it enables you to move on with the next process.

The AMSUD-1000 has the latest modular electronic motor control (easy plug in modules).
